Common use of Accessible Parking Stalls Clause in Contracts

Accessible Parking Stalls. A Customer shall not park in an Accessible Parking Stall unless a valid and appropriate permit is displayed at the front of the Motor Vehicle or on its license plate. Any Listed Vehicle found parking in an Accessible Parking Stall without a valid and appropriate permit displayed may be ticketed and/or impounded at the owner’s sole risk and expense.
