Accession and change of Subordinated Creditor. Any direct or indirect shareholder (or affiliate who is not a member of the Group) of the Parent that makes any loan or financial accommodation to the Parent may (if not already a Party as a Subordinated Creditor) accede to this Agreement as a Subordinated Creditor pursuant to Clause 25.14 (Creditor/Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking).
