Common use of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FROM HANDLING (ADH) UPGRADE Clause in Contracts

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FROM HANDLING (ADH) UPGRADE. When purchased, this optional coverage upgrade provides for the repair (or at Our sole discretion, replacement or reimbursement for replacement) of Your Covered Product in the event of a covered ADH event in addition to the benefits outlined under the WHAT IS COVERED section that is applicable to Your purchased Plan.  This Service Agreement does not provide coverage for ADH unless an “ADH” notation is shown on Your Sales Receipt/Invoice or ADH is included in Your Plan description.  Not all types of accidental damages are covered; be sure to read the “EXCLUSIONS” section carefully.
