Accidents, Notice to Landlord. Tenant’s Contractors shall assume responsibility for the prevention of accidents to its agents and employees and shall take all reasonable safety precautions with respect to the work to be performed and shall comply with all reasonable safety measures initiated by the Landlord and with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of any public authority for the safety of persons or property. Tenant shall advise the Tenant’s Contractors to report to Landlord any injury to any of its agents or employees and shall furnish Landlord a copy of the accident report filed with its insurance carrier within three (3) days of its occurrence.
