Common use of Accompanying Person Clause in Contracts

Accompanying Person. s trip extension cover If you are admitted to hospital during your trip and are forced to extend the duration of your trip, we will organise and cover the cost of the extension of the trip up to 75 euros per night and a maximum of 525 euros for your spouse and/or your children, or for an accompanying person who is not a relative. If the person accompanying you cannot use the initially planned means of transport, we will organise your return to your country of origin and will cover the cost of an economy class plane ticket or a 1st class train ticket. This cover cannot be combined with the “HOSPITALIZATION PRESENCE” cover.
