Resume Self-Certification Form. ASD has implemented the Resume Self-Certification Form, contained in Exhibit G of the draft contract, into ASD’s current recruiting and screening process. ASD requires each candidate to sign the Resume Self-Certification Form, certifying that his or her resume is accurate in all details, including skills and work experience. ASD tracks the process for completing the Resume Self-Certification Form in JazzHR. Once a Resume Self-Certification Form is complete and reviewed, ASD submits the form, along with the candidate resume, within its response to the relevant RFQ, and files it in Salesforce where it is held indefinitely.
Resume Self-Certification Form. As stated above, we have formally adopted the Resume Self-Certification Form as part of our Employment Screening Process for all new hires effective 21-Sep-15.
