Common use of Accompanying Residents Clause in Contracts

Accompanying Residents. As part of the Services you will: a. Use your best endeavours to ensure that Residents are accompanied to such appointments by an appropriate relative or friend; or b. If a relative or friend is not available, provide staff to accompany Residents to appointments with the providers referred to in clauses D20.1(a) to D20.1(h), and any other appointments for which the Resident reasonably requires an accompanying Person.
