Account Balance Credit Towards Replacement Aircraft. 1. In the event (i) the Client sells the Aircraft and the Purchaser does not wish to enroll in the Program (as provided in Subsection IV(E) above), or (ii) this Agree- ment is terminated because of damage to or theft of the Aircraft (as provided in Subsection lV(G) above), the Client shall have the rights set forth in this Subsec- tion IV(L).
