Account Coordinator. At the outset of the CAP, the IRS will assign an Account Coordinator (AC) to the Taxpayer. The AC serves as the primary IRS representative, facilitates compliance, and provides a single point of contact for all federal tax matters. If the AC is unable to continue to act in the role of the AC or the IRS determines the need to replace the AC, the IRS will notify the Taxpayer and promptly assign a replacement. Changes in IRS personnel will not alter or void this MOU.

Account Coordinator. In each Participating Addendum, Contractor shall designate one or more Account Coordinators who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Agreement and Participating Addendum. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Contractor agrees that upon written notice from Participating State it shall collaborate with such State to transition the Account Coordinator duties to an alternative representative so as to achieve the mutually beneficial relationship intended by this Agreement.

  • Program Coordinator Each program may designate a program coordinator to assist with the matching processes. The program coordinator:

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.
