Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.
Project Coordinator. 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice. WORK TO BE PERFORMED
Project Coordinator. 8 The Recipient shall appoint a Project Coordinator for the Project and he/she shall have the following responsibilities:
Project Coordinator. Upon signing this Agreement, both parties shall designate a representative who will act as Project Coordinator and official addressee for all communication resulting from this Agreement, other than any official notice given under the Section entitled "Notices". All requests for service, transmittals of information, reports on training activity, and other communication required under this agreement shall be sent by and directed to the respective Project Coordinators. Informal conversations occurring person-to-person or by phone, requests and information shall be validated by an appropriate written form as confirmation. Any communication sent to others than those designated as Project Coordinators, or in a manner not in accordance with the Notices procedure specified in this Agreement will be considered as informal and non-existent.

Project Coordinator. Each party shall designate a single project coordinator whose duties shall be to oversee matters arising under the provisions of this AGREEMENT and to facilitate the communication of research results. Such project coordinator shall be responsible for day-to-day worldwide coordination of the RESEARCH PROGRAM and will serve to facilitate communication between the parties relating to the RESEARCH PROGRAM. Each party may change its designated project coordinator upon notice to the other party.
Project Coordinator. The PROJECT shall be under the supervision of ________________ , from the (Department/Laboratory/Unit) of _____________________ who shall serve as University Project Coordinator. If for any reason the Project Coordinator shall be unable to continue to serve, and a successor acceptable to both parties is not available, this AGREEMENT shall be terminated as hereafter provided.
Project Coordinator. The University representative authorized to oversee the fulfillment of all requirements of the Contract Documents.
Project Coordinator. R. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director of Communication, is designated as the Project Coordinator for PSD60. The project coordinator shall be the PSD60’s representative in connection with the performance of PCCLD under this Agreement.

Consultant shall assign a single Project Director to provide supervision and have overall responsibility for the progress and execution of this Agreement for Consultant. City shall provide Consultant access to appropriate staff and resources for the coordination and provision of services.
