Common use of Account Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Account Disclosure. If your account is considered a consumer account, at the time you opened your account, you received an Account Disclosure which provided a schedule of all fees and charges applicable to the account, the interest rate and applicable Annual Percentage Yield, minimum balance requirements, compounding and crediting of interest and other pertinent information related to the account. This information found in the disclosure may change from time to time. If the fees, charges, minimum balance requirements or other items change in a manner that would adversely affect you, we will provide you with written notice 30 days prior to the change.
