Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator is responsible for the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the Authorized Users for matters relating to RFQs.
Account Manager. A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. A designated Emergency Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.
Account Manager. 16.2.1 The Provider will notify the Department in writing of the name telephone number e-mail address and the postal address of the person appointed as the Account Manager.
16.2.2 The Account Manager may exercise the functions, rights and powers conferred by this Agreement upon the Provider.
16.2.3 In the event that the Provider wishes to change the identity of the Account Manager, it will, subject to Clause 16.2.4 give to the Department not less than 5 Working Days’ notice in writing of such change. Such written notice will inform the Department of the name, telephone number e-mail address and postal address of the new Account Manager.
16.2.4 In the event that it is not possible or practical for any reason for the Provider to give notice to the Department in accordance with Clause 16.2.3 the Provider will notify the Department by whatever means the Provider considers appropriate and will confirm such notification in writing within 5 Working Days.
Account Manager. 17.2.1 The Contractor will notify the Department in writing of the name, telephone number, e-mail address and the postal address of the person appointed as the Account Manager.
17.2.2 The Account Manager may exercise the functions, rights and powers conferred by this Contract upon the Contractor.
17.2.3 In the event that the Contractor wishes to change the identity of the Account Manager, it will, subject to Clause 17.2.4, give to the Department not less than five (5) Working Days’ notice in writing of such change. Such written notice will inform the Department of the name, telephone number e-mail address and postal address of the new Account Manager.
17.2.4 In the event that it is not possible or practical for any reason for the Contractor to give notice to the Department in accordance with Clause 17.2.3 the Contractor will notify the Department by whatever means the Contractor considers appropriate and will confirm such notification in writing within five (5) Working Days.

Account Manager. In the event that you wish to permit a third party (an “Account Manager”) to operate your Account, you agree that:
(a) Prior to such Account Manager operating your Account, you will deliver to OANDA a copy of OANDA’s Limited Power-of-Attorney document signed by both you and the Account Manager;
(b) OANDA has no responsibility to review your choice of Account Manager, nor to advise you of such Account Manager’s reputation, operating methods or trading record;
(c) You shall provide such Account Manager with authority and control over your Account at your own risk;
(d) OANDA shall follow the Instructions of such Account Manager, including but not limited to any instructions regarding the payment of any commissions or other fees to the Account Manager, as if such Instructions had originated from you. OANDA shall not be required to confirm such Instructions with you or to independently verify the calculation of any commissions or other fees claimed by the Account Manager;
(e) OANDA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the acts or omissions of such Account Manager, or as a result of OANDA following the instructions of such Account Manager, including but not limited to any instructions regarding the payment of any commissions or other fees to the Account Manager; and
(f) You shall indemnify OANDA for any losses or damages that OANDA may suffer as a result of the acts or omissions of such Account Manager, or as a result of following the instructions of such Account Manager, including but not limited to any instructions regarding the payment of any commissions or other fees to the Account Manager.

16.2.4 In the event that it is not possible or practical for any reason for the Employer to give notice to the Department in accordance with Clause 16.2.3 the Employer will notify the Department by whatever means the Employer considers appropriate and will confirm such notification in writing within 5 Working Days.
Account Manager. Embraer shall assign [***] dedicated Account Manager to support Buyer shortly after execution of the Purchase Agreement and to support the operations of all Aircraft in Buyer’s fleet in revenue service for passenger transportation. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating all product support related actions of Embraer aiming to assure a smooth Aircraft introduction into service and, thereafter, for concentrating and addressing all issues concerning the operation of the Aircraft by Buyer. A team composed by regional technical representatives, regional spare parts representatives and regional field engineers, as necessary and applicable, shall support the Account Manager.
