Account Number Routed Transactions. When funds via Interac e-Transfer are sent by Account Number Routed Transaction, the funds will automatically be deposited into the Designated Account. An Account Number Routed Transaction cannot be cancelled or declined and will not expire once it has been sent.

An Account Number Routed Transaction cannot be cancelled or declined and will not expire once it has been sent. 8.7.1 When the Client sends funds via an Account Number Routed Transaction, the Client is responsible for: i) providing correct account numbers, and financial institution and branch numbers for the Recipient; ii) providing a correct and operational email address, mobile number or other permitted contact information for the Recipient, if applicable; iii) ensuring that the Recipient has consented to the Client providing and ATB Financial using the account and contact information of the Recipient for the purposes of sending funds via Account Number Routed Transaction and providing notice of the Account Number Routed Transaction, if applicable, to the Recipient; iv) promptly making any necessary changes to the account and contact information of the Recipient, and keeping such information current; and v) confirming the accuracy of the Interac e-Transfer amount. The Recipient may receive notice that the Client has sent the Account Number Routed Transaction if the Client provides the contact information of the Recipient in the Account Number Routed Transaction for the purposes of sending such notice to the Recipient. 8.7.2 If the Client would like to receive funds via an Account Number Routed Transaction, the Client is responsible for providing to the Sender: i) correct account numbers, and financial institution and branch numbers for their Designated Account; and ii) a correct and operational email address, mobile number or other permitted contact information for purposes of receiving notice of the Account Number Routed Transaction. Despite the Client providing their contact information to the Sender, the Client may receive notice of an Account Number Routed Transaction only if the Sender provides the contact information of the Client in the Account Number Routed Transaction for the purposes of sending such notice to the Client. 8.8
