Account Ownership and Survivorship Features. You may open any account either by yourself (or on behalf of an organization) referred to as a “one owner account,” or with another person or persons as a “multiple owner account.” The ownership and/or survivorship features of all accounts are designated in Part 1 of this contract. The ownership of a member organization account is governed by provision “4.i.” of this agreement and not by provisions “4.a.” through “4.h.” that follow, and is also a one owner account.
