Account Related Agreements. This Agreement supplements, rather than replaces, the Account Related Agreements. The Account Related Agreements will continue to apply to the Account and cash management or similar services provided by Bank or any affiliate of Bank in connection with the Account to the extent not directly in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement (provided, however, that in the event of any such conflict, the provisions of this Agreement shall control).
