ACCOUNT STATEMENTS AND INFORMATION. The Custodian agrees, and is hereby authorized and instructed by each Grantor, to furnish to the Collateral Agent, at its address indicated below, copies of all account statements and other information relating to each Collateral Account that the Custodian sends to such Grantor and to disclose to the Collateral Agent all information requested by the Collateral Agent regarding any Collateral Account. If any person notifies the Custodian of its assertion of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against any of the Collateral Accounts or in any item of Collateral contained therein, the Custodian will promptly notify the Collateral Agent and the relevant Grantor thereof.
