Account Switch Service. The automated transaction switching service (“Account Switch Service”) is a personal finance management service that allows you to move your automatic transactions from Accounts at an existing financial institution (“Existing Financial Institution”) to your Accounts at a new financial institution (“New Financial Institution”) or set up new automatic transactions at a New Financial Institution. When the Account Switch Service is enabled, you expressly authorize us to retrieve your PINs, log-in information, and other content (“Account Information”) maintained online by Existing Financial Institutions with which you maintain Accounts. We are not responsible for reviewing the Account Information for any purpose, including but not limited to for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement. When displayed through the Service, Account Information is only as current as the session in which it is accessed, which reflects when the Account Information is obtained from the Existing Financial Institution. Such Account Information may be more up to date when obtained directly from the appropriate Existing Financial Institution.

  • Mail Service 1.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

TM does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. We do not permit activities which will infringe any Intellectual Property Rights including copyright and we will remove all infringing contents and User Content upon notification that such Content or User Content infringes on another’s Intellectual Property Rights. We further reserve the right to remove any Content or User Content without prior notice. 10.6 You understand and agree that we may review and delete any User Content that you posted at any time without notice, without liability and for any reason whatsoever, especially if you breach the terms and conditions herein. 10.7 We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion, against You for the User Content especially if it violates TM policy and report you to the Appropriate Authority.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
