Common use of Accountable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.10 and Section 4.12, on the Closing Date, it shall pay to the Representative, by deduction from the net proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, an accountable expense allowance equal to $100,000.

Accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.10 3.10 and Section 4.123.12, on the Closing Date, it shall pay to the Representative, by deduction from the net proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, an accountable expense allowance equal to $100,000, of which $50,000 has previously been paid.

The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.10 3.10 and Section 4.123.12, on the Closing Date, it shall pay to the Representative, by deduction from the net proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, an accountable expense allowance equal to $100,000, of which $70,000 has previously been paid.

Accountable Expenses. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.10 3.10, Section 3.12 and Section 4.123.13, on the Closing Date, it shall pay to the Representatives, by deduction from the net proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, an accountable expense allowance equal to $100,000150,000 (including $100,000 for Representatives’ Counsel, of which $20,000 has previously been paid).
