Common use of Accountant Clause in Contracts

Accountant. A Person engaged in the practice of accounting who (except when this Agreement provides that an Accountant must be Independent) may be employed by or affiliated with the Depositor or an Affiliate of the Depositor. Accounts: Any or all of the Custodial Accounts, the Escrow Accounts, the Collection Account, the Note Payment Account, the Certificate Distribution Account and any other accounts created or maintained by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.

Accountant. A Person engaged in the practice of accounting who (except when this Agreement provides that an Accountant must be Independent) may be employed by or affiliated with the Depositor or an Affiliate of the Depositor. Accounts: Any or all of the Custodial Accounts, the Escrow Accounts, the Collection Account, the Note Payment Account, the Certificate Distribution Cap Account and any other accounts created or maintained by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator Indenture Trustee or the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.
