Common use of Accountants' Reports Clause in Contracts

Accountants' Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of any reports or management letters submitted to the Borrower by its independent certified public accountants in connection with the examination of its financial statements made by such accountants (except for reports otherwise provided pursuant to subsection (a) above); provided, however, that the Borrower shall only be required to deliver such reports and management letters to the extent that they relate to any Borrower or any Mortgaged Property.
