ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT. 5.2.1 The Construction Manager shall keep full and detailed accounts and records necessary for the documentation of the 5.2.2 For 60 calendar days after the application for final payment or for such other period specified in the Contract, the Owner shall be afforded reasonable access to all of the Construction Manager’s books, records, correspondence, instructions, drawings, receipt vouchers, Subcontractor and Supplier invoices, and memoranda relating to the Cost of the Work, and for this purpose the Construction Manager shall preserve all such records.
