Accounting and Commercial Terms. As used in this Agreement, all accounting terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in conformity with GAAP. All terms used but not otherwise defined herein that are defined or used in Article 9 of the UCC shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in such Article.
