Accounting and Financial Records. GRANTEE shall establish and maintain at all times, on a current basis in connection with the provision of Grant Services, an adequate accounting system in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards and acceptable to Director covering all revenues, costs, and expenditures with respect to GRANTEE’s performance under this AGREEMENT. GRANTEE shall maintain its accounting system and shall provide CITY with reports that separate costs and expenses incurred by GRANTEE with CITY funds as distinguished from costs and expenses paid for from other funding sources.
