Accounting and Financial Records. Service Company shall establish and administer accounting procedures, controls and systems for the development, preparation and safekeeping of administrative and financial records and books of account relating to the business and financial affairs of Group and the provision of Dental Services, all of which shall be prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP and applicable laws and regulations.
