Common use of Accounting and Financial Records Clause in Contracts

Accounting and Financial Records. Service Company shall establish -------------------------------- and administer accounting policies and procedures, internal controls, and systems for the development, preparation, and safekeeping of administrative or financial records and books of account relating to the business and financial affairs of Provider, all of which shall be prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP. Service Company shall prepare and deliver to Provider, within 90 days of the end of each calendar year, a balance sheet and an income statement reflecting the financial status of Provider in regard to the provision of Dental Care as of the end of such calendar year, all of which shall be prepared in accordance with GAAP. In addition, Service Company shall prepare or assist in the preparation of any other financial statements or records as Provider may reasonably request.
