Accounting and Fiscal Records. Grantee shall maintain its fiscal records related to this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Grantee shall maintain records of the receipt and expenditure of all funds subject to this Agreement for a period of six (6) years after the Project End Date, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Agreement, whichever date is later. Accounting records related to this Agreement will be separately maintained from other accounting records.

  • Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.

  • Certified Payroll Records Contractor and its subcontractor(s) shall upload certified payroll records (“CPR”) electronically using California Department of Industrial Relations’ (DIR) eCPR System by uploading the CPRs by electronic XML file or entering each record manually using the DIR’s iform (or current form) online on a weekly basis and within ten (10) days of any request by the District or Labor Commissioner at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/Public-Works/Certified-Payroll-Reporting.html or current application and URL, showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time, and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by the Contractor and/or each subcontractor in connection with the Work.

  • Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain. c.

  • Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
