ACCOUNTING AND OTHER RECORDS. (a) The books of account and all other records of the Company (including any which it may be obliged to produce under any contract now in force) are up-to-date, in its possession and are true and complete in accordance with the law and applicable standards, principles and practices generally accepted in the United Kingdom. (b) All deeds and documents (properly stamped where stamping is necessary for enforcement thereof) belonging to the Company or which ought to be in the possession of the Company are in the possession of the Company.
