Record Keeping and Other Information. FIIOC and FSC shall create and maintain all records required by all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to the services to be performed herein, including but not limited to, all applicable records required by Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and the rules thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time. All records shall be the property of the Trust and shall be available for inspection and use by the Trust at all times. Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by FIIOC and FSC for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act, with respect to FIIOC, and by rules under the 1940 Act, with respect to FSC.

The Adviser shall create and maintain all necessary records in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, records required by Section 31(a) of the Act and the rules thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time, pertaining to the various functions performed by it and not otherwise created and maintained by another party pursuant to contract with the Trust. Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by the Adviser for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Act.

The Transfer Agent shall create and maintain all records required of it pursuant to its duties hereunder and as set forth in Schedule C in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including records required by Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act. All records shall be available during regular business hours for inspection and use by the Fund. Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by the Transfer Agent for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. Upon reasonable notice by the Fund, the Transfer Agent shall make available during regular business hours such of its facilities and premises employed in connection with the performance of its duties under this Agreement for reasonable visitation by the Fund, or any person retained by the Fund as may be necessary for the Fund to evaluate the quality of the services performed by the Transfer Agent pursuant hereto.

Declaration will create and maintain all records required of it pursuant to its duties hereunder and as set forth in Schedule "A" in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including records required by Section 31(a) of the Act. All such records will be the property of the Fund and will be available during regular business hours for inspection, copying and use by the Fund. Where applicable, such records will be maintained by Declaration for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Act. Upon termination of this Agreement, Declaration will deliver all such records to the Fund or such person as the Fund may designate. In case of any request or demand for the inspection of the Share records of the Fund, Declaration shall notify the Fund and secure instructions as to permitting or refusing such inspection. Declaration may, however, exhibit such records to any person in any case where it is advised by its counsel that it may be held liable for failure to do so.

Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by DHCM for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Act.

All such records will be the property of the Corporation and will be available upon request of the Corporation for inspection, copying and use by the Corporation and will be surrendered to the Corporation upon demand of the Corporation. Where applicable, such records will be maintained by you for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. Upon termination of this Agreement, you will promptly surrender all such records to the Corporation or such person as the Corporation may designate.

Where applicable, such records shall be maintained by the Administrator for the periods and in the places required by Rule 31a-2 under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Record Keeping and Other Information. (a) RSMC shall maintain records of the accounts for each Shareholder showing the items listed in Schedule C.
