Common use of Accounting for Credits and Extensions Clause in Contracts

Accounting for Credits and Extensions. Debtor shall make a full accounting of each grant of a Credit or an Extension, including a brief description of the reasons therefor and a copy of all credit memoranda. Such accountings shall be in form satisfactory to Secured Party and shall be delivered to Secured Party daily or at such other intervals as may be specified in Item 17 of the Schedule. All credit memoranda issued by Debtor shall be numbered consecutively and copies of the same, when delivered to Secured Party, shall be in numerical order and accounted for in the same manner as provided in Section 6.2 with respect to Invoices.
