Common use of Accounting for Profits Clause in Contracts

Accounting for Profits. If either Party or its Affiliates breaches any of its obligations as set out in this Agreement the other Party shall be entitled to seek an accounting and repayment of any and all profits, compensation, royalties, commissions, remunerations or benefits which the breaching Party or its Affiliates, directly or indirectly, shall have realized or may realize as a result of, arising out of, or in connection with, any such breach.
