Accounting of Company Portfolio Assets. The Custodian shall account for all Portfolio Assets received by it. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all distributions made from the Portfolio shall be pursuant to Proper Instructions. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed to by the parties, all Portfolio Assets held by the Custodian shall be surrendered only in accordance with a Proper Instruction given pursuant thereto.

  • FINANCIAL STATUS REPORTS (FSRS Except as otherwise provided, for contracts with categorical budgets, Grantee shall submit quarterly FSRs to System Agency by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter for System Agency review and financial assessment. Grantee shall submit the final FSR no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the applicable term.
