Accounting Reporting Taxation Business Plans and Verification. 7.1. Fiscal Year. The books and records of the Company shall be kept on an accrual basis and the fiscal year of the Company will commence on January 1 and end on December 31 of each year; provided that (x) the first fiscal year of the Company will begin on the date of the formation of the Company and end on December 31, 2023, and (y) the last fiscal year of the Company will end on the date the Company is dissolved pursuant to Section 9.1.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.
