Common use of Accounting Reports Clause in Contracts

Accounting Reports. The Company shall furnish to the Purchaser copies of all accounting reports relating to the Mortgage Loans as of the related Servicing Transfer Date including, without limitation, a trial balance and reports of collections, delinquencies, prepaids, curtailments, escrow payments, escrow balances, partial payments, partial payment balances and other like information with respect to the Mortgage Loans;
