Common use of Accounting Terms and Reports Clause in Contracts

Accounting Terms and Reports. All accounting terms not specifically ---------------------------- defined in this Credit Agreement shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied on the basis used by Borrower in prior years. All financial reports furnished by Borrower to Bank pursuant to this Credit Agreement shall be prepared in such form and such detail as shall be reasonably satisfactory to Bank, shall be prepared on the same basis as those prepared by Borrower in prior years and shall be the same financial reports as those furnished to Borrower's officers and directors.
