Accounts and Payments in Respect of General Intangibles. In addition to, and not in substitution for, any similar requirement in any Intercompany Secured Loan Agreement, if required by the Secured Party at any time during the continuance of a default or breach of the agreements of any Grantor under the Intercompany Secured Loan Agreement, any payment in respect of the Collateral shall be held by each Grantor in trust for the Secured Party, segregated from other funds of such Grantor.
