ACCOUNTS AS EVIDENCE. Each Bank shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account which shall, as between the Company and that Bank and, in the absence of manifest error, be prima facie evidence of the amounts from time to time advanced by, owing to, paid and repaid to that Bank under the Financing Documents.
