Accounts include Permitted Investments. (a) Subject to sub-paragraph (b) below, any reference herein to the balance standing to the credit of an Account will be deemed to include a reference to the Permitted Investments in which all or part of such balance is for the time being invested. In the event of any dispute as to the value of the credit of an Account pursuant to this paragraph 3.6, that value shall be determined in good faith by the Agent. If the Company so requests, the Agent will give the Company details of the basis and method of that determination.
