Common use of Accounts of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Accounts of Trustees. The Trustee shall keep full accounts of all of its receipts and disbursements. Its financial statements, books, and records with respect to the Trust Fund shall be open to inspection by the Grantor or the Beneficiaries’ Representative or their representatives at all reasonable times during business hours of the Trustee and may be audited not more frequently than once in each fiscal year by an independent certified public accountant engaged by the Beneficiaries’ Representative. Within ninety (90) days after the close of each fiscal year, or any termination of the duties of the Trustee, the Trustee shall prepare, sign, and submit in duplicate to Grantor an account of its acts and transactions as Trustee hereunder.
