Communications. Contractor shall not, without first notifying the Department’s Contract Manager and securing the Department’s prior written consent, make public statements which concern the Contract or its subject matter, disclose or permit disclosure of any data or information obtained or furnished in accordance with the Contract, or use any statement attributable to the Department or its employees. Public statements include press releases, publicity releases, promotions, marketing materials, corporate communications, or other similar communications. The Department’s written consent shall not be construed to supersede or waive the Contract requirements imposed on the Contractor to maintain confidential information.

All notices, demands and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing and shall be given by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, telecopy, air courier guaranteeing overnight delivery, personal delivery or (in the case of any notice given by the Shares to the Purchasers) email to the following addresses:

Communications. A) When you visit BOCCS, send e-mail(s) to us or communicate with us through any other mode(s) of communication; you agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, etc.) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing.
B) We will communicate with you by e-mails or any other mode of communication. If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the service within two (2) working weeks , BOCCS have the right to terminate the services.
C) While BOCCS try its best to expedite case file to the respective Embassy/VFS etc as soon as possible, but it's also important to note that we take between 15-30 days to review all documents, after the client submit the entire documents before submitting the file either manually or Online. Client agrees that he/she would not insist/put pressure to submit file which only would hamper visa acceptance chances.
D) Once a client enrols for process, he/she is expected to submit the signed agreement in 5 days time from the date of registration. Failure to do so, would invite additional charges/termination of services, which ever BOCCS management feels appropriate.
E) Once a client enrols for process, he/she is expected to submit the basic documents (IELTS reference number and courier us the sealed transcripts) in 60 days time from the date of registration. Failure to do so, would invite additional charges/termination of services, which ever BOCCS management feels appropriate.
F) BOCCS doesn't deal in any fraudulent documents including education, fund maintenance, work experience, etc. Client agrees with BOCCS or any of its employees is not involved (directly or indirectly) in which ever manner possible for the same.
Communications. Each party designates as its fax number, telephone number and address for the receipt of any communication relating to the Securities or any of the documents incorporated by reference into this Trust Instrument in accordance with Clause 1 above, the respective fax number, telephone number and address set out in Schedule 2 of this Trust Instrument.
Communications. The Company (i) has not alone engaged in communications with potential investors in reliance on Section 5(d) of the Securities Act other than Permitted Section 5(d) Communications with the consent of the Representative with entities that are QIBs or IAIs and (ii) has not authorized anyone other than the Representative to engage in such communications; the Company reconfirms that the Representative has been authorized to act on its behalf in undertaking Marketing Materials, Section 5(d) Oral Communications and Section 5(d) Written Communications; as of the Applicable Time, each Permitted Section 5(d) Communication, when considered together with the Time of Sale Prospectus, did not, as of the Applicable Time, include an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading; and each Permitted Section 5(d) Communication, if any, does not, as of the date hereof, conflict with the information contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus and the IPO Prospectus and the Company has filed publicly on XXXXX at least 15 calendar days prior to any “road show” (as defined in Rule 433 under the Securities Act), any confidentially submitted registration statement and registration statement amendments relating to the offer and sale of the Offered Securities. Any certificate signed by any officer of the Company and delivered to the Representative or to counsel for the Underwriters in connection with the Offering, or the purchase and sale of the Offered Securities shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Company to each Underwriter as to the matters covered thereby. The Company has a reasonable basis for making each of the representations set forth in this Section 1. For purposes of the representations set forth in this Section 1, “knowledge” refers to the knowledge of any officer of the Company, whether acquired in the course of such officer’s duties to the Company or otherwise. The Company acknowledges that the Underwriters and, for purposes of the opinions to be delivered pursuant to Section 5 hereof, counsel to the Company and counsel to the Underwriters, will rely upon the accuracy and truthfulness of the foregoing representations and hereby consents to such reliance.
Communications. Any public announcement or advertisement of the Offering will be made by the Manager on behalf of the Underwriters on such date as the Manager may determine. You will not announce or advertise the Offering prior to the date of the Manager’s announcement or advertisement thereof without the Manager’s consent. If the Offering is made in whole or in part in reliance on any applicable exemption from registration under the 1933 Act, you will not engage in any general solicitation, announcement, or advertising in connection with the Offering, and will abide by any other restrictions in the AAU or the Underwriting Agreement in connection therewith relating to any announcement, advertising, or publicity. Any announcement or advertisement you may make of the Offering after such date will be your own responsibility, and at your own expense and risk. In addition to your compliance with restrictions on the Offering pursuant to Sections 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, and 10.12 hereof, you will not, in connection with the offer and sale of the Securities in the Offering, without the consent of the Manager, give, send, or otherwise convey to any prospective purchaser or any purchaser of the Securities or other person not in your employ any written communication (as defined in Rule 405 under the 0000 Xxx) other than:
