Common use of ACCREDITED COLLEGE DEGREE Clause in Contracts

ACCREDITED COLLEGE DEGREE. Degrees must be from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the United States Department of Education (USED) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Unit employees must provide proof of accredited college degrees to the City to be eligible to receive Education Incentive Pay. Education Incentive Pay shall be effective at the beginning of the pay period following the date that proof of eligibility was submitted.
