Common use of Accrual and Utilization Clause in Contracts

Accrual and Utilization. At the beginning of each year of service in the District, each principal will be credited with 15 days of sick leave. The unused portion of such allowance shall accumulate from year to year to a maximum amount not to exceed the total number of annual work days specified in the principal's contract.
