Common use of Accrual of Dividends Clause in Contracts

Accrual of Dividends. Whenever Compensatory Shares are distributed to the Employee under Section 3(c) below, the Employee shall also be entitled to receive, with respect to each Compensatory Share distributed, an amount equal to any cash dividends and a number of shares of Common Stock equal to any stock dividends declared and paid with respect to a share of Common Stock after the date the relevant Compensatory Shares were awarded.
