Overdrafts. If a debit to any currency in the Cash Account results in a debit balance in that currency then Bank may, in its discretion, advance an amount equal to the overdraft and such an advance shall be deemed a loan to Customer, payable on demand, bearing interest at the rate agreed by Customer and Bank for the Accounts from time to time, or, in the absence of such an agreement, at the rate charged by Bank from time to time, for overdrafts incurred by customers similar to Customer, from the date of such advance to the date of payment (both after as well as before judgment) and otherwise on the terms on which Bank makes similar advances available from time to time. Bank shall promptly notify Customer of such an advance. No prior action or course of dealing on Bank's part with respect to the settlement of transactions on Customer's behalf shall be asserted by Customer against Bank for Bank's refusal to make advances to the Cash Account or to settle any transaction for which Customer does not have sufficient available funds in the applicable currency in the Account.
Overdrafts. If any Item or other debit presented to us will overdraw the available account balance, including any balance in an overdraft protection account ("ODP Account") we have established for you, we will charge you a fee, whether we pay the Item or dishonor it. You agree immediately upon notice from us to deposit funds sufficient to cover the overdraft plus applicable charges. In connection with overdrafts, our determination of the Deposit Account balance may be made at any time between presentment and our predetermined deadline, and need only be made one time. If we pay Items or permit withdrawals which overdraw the available Deposit Account balance (whether once or repeatedly), we do so at our discretion without any obligation to continue to do so. Our Receipt of Deposits In receiving deposits, we act only as your collecting agent and assume no responsibility beyond the exercise of ordinary care. All deposits are posted to your designated deposit account conditionally, and only if the item is payable in U.S. dollars, subject to our receipt of final payment. If final payment is not received on any item you deposited to your account or that we cashed for you, or if any direct deposit, automated clearinghouse deposit or electronic fund transfer to your account is dishonored by the issuing financial institution for any reason, you agree to pay us the amount of the dishonored deposited funds, and you authorize us to debit any deposit account with us of which you are an owner, without prior notice and at any time, for the amount of the returned item or other deposit. You also authorize us to debit your account for the amount of our returned item fee, any interest paid on the deposit, and any other fee we pay or loss we incur. We may also use any other legal remedy to recover the amount you owe us. We are not responsible for any transactions, including any transactions sent through the mail, until we actually receive and post the transaction to your account. We are not liable for the default or negligence of our duly selected agents or correspondents, nor for losses in transit. Processing Transactions and Posting Orders Posting transactions to your account impacts your account balance. Posting a credit increases your balance. Posting a debit or hold reduces your balance. Credits include but are not limited to the following: teller deposits, direct deposits and credits we make. Holds include but are not limited to the following: deposit holds, debit card authorization...
Overdrafts. If a debit to any currency in the Cash Account results (or will result) in a debit balance, then Bank may, in its discretion, (i) advance an amount equal to the overdraft, (ii) or refuse to settle in whole or in part the transaction causing such debit balance, or (iii) if any such transaction is posted to the Securities Account, reverse any such posting. If Bank elects to make such an advance, the advance will be deemed a loan to Customer, payable on demand, bearing interest at the applicable rate charged by Bank from time to time, for such overdrafts, from the date of such advance to the date of payment (both after as well as before judgment) and otherwise on the terms on which Bank makes similar overdrafts available from time to time. No prior action or course of dealing on Bank’s part with respect to the settlement of transactions on Customer’s behalf will be asserted by Customer against Bank for Bank’s refusal to make advances to the Cash Account or to settle any transaction for which Customer does not have sufficient available funds in the applicable currency in the Account.
Overdrafts. In the event that the Custodian is directed by Proper Instructions to make any payment or transfer of funds on behalf of a Fund for which there are, at the close of business on the date of such payment or transfer, insufficient funds held by the Custodian on behalf of such Fund, the Custodian may, in its discretion, provide an Overdraft to the applicable Fund, in an amount sufficient to allow the completion of such payment. Overdrafts may also arise by reason of the Custodian’s reversal of any provisional credit extended to a Fund. Any Overdraft provided hereunder (i) shall be payable on demand or at such time as shall be agreed upon by the applicable Fund and the Custodian; and (ii) shall accrue interest from the date of the Overdraft to the date of payment in full by the applicable Fund at a rate agreed upon in writing, from time to time, by the Custodian and the applicable Fund. The Custodian and each Fund acknowledge that the purpose of such Overdrafts is to support on a temporary basis the purchase or sale of securities for prompt delivery in accordance with the terms hereof, or to meet emergency cash needs not reasonably foreseeable by such Fund. The Custodian shall promptly provide an Overdraft Notice of any Overdraft by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing. If, pursuant to Proper Instructions, a Fund or Series requests the Custodian to take any action with respect to securities, which action involves the payment of money or which action may, in the reasonable opinion of the Custodian, result in the Custodian or its nominee assigned to the Fund or Series being liable for the payment of money or incurring liability in some other form, the Fund, or the Fund on behalf of a Series, shall, as a prerequisite to the Custodian agreeing to take such action, provide indemnity to the Custodian in an amount and form satisfactory to the Fund and the Custodian.
Overdrafts. If the Account becomes overdrawn because:
a) the Financial Institution honours an Instrument drawn by the Depositor on an Account and insufficient funds stand to the credit of that Account to pay the Instrument in full; or
b) an Instrument delivered by the Depositor to the Financial Institution for deposit is returned to the Financial Institution dishonoured, and insufficient funds stand to the credit of the Account to permit the Financial Institution to debit the full amount of the dishonoured Instrument; or
c) the Financial Institution charges a fee, service charge, or other debit that the Financial Institution is authorized to charge to the Account, and if the funds standing to the credit of the Account are less than the amount charged to the Account; then the Depositor must immediately repay the amount overdrawn plus interest at the Financial Institution’s Overdraft Rate in effect from time to time by depositing sufficient funds into the overdrawn Account. If the Depositor does not immediately repay such amounts the Financial Institution may, in order to recover the overdrawn amount plus interest, and without notice to the Depositor:
i) redeem or transfer Financial Institution shares owned by the Depositor in order to credit the overdrawn Account, or
ii) withdraw monies on deposit from another Account in the Depositor’s name and transfer them to the overdrawn Account. If the Depositor has applied and been approved for Overdraft Protection on the Account, this section is subject to the separate Overdraft Protection Terms and Conditions that are provided to the Depositor. The foregoing provisions do not give the Depositor any right to overdraw the Account or to authorize or permit anything, including a PAD or a Transaction authorized through a Debit Card, that would result in a negative balance in the Account.

If Custodian shall in its sole discretion advance funds to the account of the Fund which results in an overdraft because the monies held by Custodian on behalf of the Fund are insufficient to pay the total amount payable upon a purchase of securities as specified in Fund's instructions or for some other reason, the amount of the overdraft shall be payable by the Fund to Custodian upon demand and shall bear an interest rate determined by Custodian from the date advanced until the date of payment. Custodian shall have a lien on the assets of the Fund in the amount of any outstanding overdraft.
