ACCRUALS USAGE FOR MULTIPLE SHUT DOWN OPERATIONS. Employees in a department with multiple shut down or reduction periods who are not scheduled to work may elect to use accrued vacation and personal days prior to or after receiving TSSS benefits. Such employees will not be required to use accrued vacation and/or personal days in order to be eligible for TSSS payments. Further, such employees may not use accrued vacation and personal days while receiving TSSS benefits.
