Accrued Amounts. In the event of a termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to: (i) any Base Salary earned but unpaid through the date of termination; and (ii) the Executive’s accrued and unused vacation and unreimbursed business expenses (for which the Executive is entitled to reimbursement under this Agreement), in each case, as of the date of such termination (collectively, the “Accrued Amounts”). The Accrued Amounts will be paid within sixty (60) days following termination of employment.
