Accrued Salary and Vacation. On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.
Accrued Salary and Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to a lump sum payment in an amount equal to Executive’s earned but unpaid annual base salary and vacation pay for the period ending on the Termination Date, with such payment to be made on the first payroll date following the Termination Date.

Accrued Salary and Vacation. The Executive shall be paid all salary and accrued vacation pay earned through the date of the Qualifying Termination. Such payment shall be made no later than 10 business days after the Qualifying Termination.
