Common use of ACCRUED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS Clause in Contracts

ACCRUED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS. Notwithstanding Section 4.4(a) below, upon a Participant’s Termination of Employment for any reason, he or she will be entitled to receive payment of any Base Salary, bonus or incentive compensation, expense reimbursements, and accrued vacation benefits that have been earned but not paid at the time of his or her Termination of Employment. All such amounts shall be paid to the terminated Participant within ten (10) days of his or her Termination Date.
