ACCRUED AND UNPAID ANNUAL BONUS. In the event that the employment of the Executive is terminated by the Company following the expiration of the Protected Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive any accrued but unpaid Annual Bonus representing any portion of the Protected Period on the date of such termination.
