Accrued and Unpaid Base Salary. If the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to this Section 5, the Executive (or his estate) shall be entitled to receive any and all accrued but unpaid Base Salary earned through the date of termination by the Executive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
