Common use of Accrued but Unpaid Salary and Bonus Clause in Contracts

Accrued but Unpaid Salary and Bonus. In the event of a Termination for any reason during the Term, the Company shall pay to Executive (or, in the event of Executive’s death, to Executive’s estate or named beneficiary) (a) any Base Salary, vacation pay and expense reimbursements that are accrued but unpaid as of the date of Termination and (b) (except upon a Termination by the Company for Cause) any earned but unpaid bonus for any prior or current year.

In the event of a Termination Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason during the Termreason, the Company shall pay to Executive (or, in the event of Executive’s death, to Executive’s estate or named beneficiary) (a) any Base Salary, vacation pay pay, expense reimbursements, and expense reimbursements benefits that are accrued but unpaid as of the date of Termination termination and (b) (except upon a Termination by the Company for Cause) any earned but unpaid bonus for any prior or current year.

In the event of a Termination Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason during the Termreason, the Company shall pay to Executive (or, in the event of Executive’s death, to Executive’s estate or named beneficiary) (a) any Base Salary, vacation pay pay, expense reimbursements, and expense reimbursements benefits that are accrued but unpaid as of the date of Termination termination and (b) (except upon a Termination by the Company for Cause) any earned and declared, but unpaid unpaid, bonus for any prior calendar year. Executive shall not be entitled to any additional payments or current yearconsideration in the event of the termination of Executive’s employment, other than as set forth below.

In the event of a Termination for any reason during the Term, the Company shall pay to Executive (or, in the event of Executive’s death, to Executive’s estate or named beneficiary) within 30 days of Termination: (a) any Base Salary, vacation pay and expense reimbursements that are accrued but unpaid as of the date of Termination Termination; and (b) (except upon a Termination by the Company for Cause) any earned but unpaid bonus for any prior or current year.
